What are the sewage treatment agents?

Posted on July 26, 2023 By admin No Comments on What are the sewage treatment agents?

Sewage treatment agents are used to treat sewage to remove chemicals that remove pollutants. These potions can be classified according to their mechanisms and processing processes. Here are some common sewage treatment agents:

Agents: The condenser can promote the small particles that are suspended in the sewage into large blocks, which is convenient for subsequent precipitation or filtration. Common condensation agents include polymer aluminum chloride (PAC), polymer iron sulfate, polymer iron chloride, etc.

Oxidation agent: Oxidation agent can help oxidation and decomposition organic substances, and increase the rate of biochemical degradation of sewage. Common oxidants include potassium permanganate, hydrogen peroxide, etc.

Restant: The reducing agent can restore metal ions and convert it into a sediment or solid form, which helps remove heavy metal pollutants. Common reducing agents include sulfate, hydrogen sulfide, etc.

PH regulator: PH regulator is used to adjust the acid and alkali of the sewage so that it can reach the most suitable range of biodegradation. Common pH regulators include lime and sodium hydroxide.

Biodegrading agent: Biodegraders use the role of microorganisms to decompose and degrade organic substances in sewage. Commonly used biomedical decomposers include bacteria, enzyme preparations, etc.

Adsorption agent: adsorbent can adsorb and remove soluble organic matter, pigments, heavy metal ions, etc. in sewage. Common adsorbents include activated carbon, polymer adsorbent, etc.

Preservatives: Polymodels are used to inhibit the growth of microorganisms and prevent the reproduction of creatures such as bacteria and algae during sewage treatment. Common preservatives include sodium chloride and ozone.

It is necessary to choose the appropriate pharmaceutical agent according to the actual situation and the specific requirements of sewage treatment, and follow the relevant safety operating procedures during use. In addition, the large sewage treatment plant also needs to be designed and adjusted in detail according to its treatment process and target emission standards.
