TCCA protective measures:

Here are some protective measures to consider when handling it:

  1. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Wear appropriate PPE, such as gloves, safety goggles, and protective clothing, when handling TCCA to minimize skin and eye contact.
  2. Mixing and Dilution: This helps prevent splashing or release of chlorine gas. Follow the recommended dilution ratios provided by the manufacturer.
  3. Ventilation: Ensure good ventilation in the working area to prevent the build-up of chlorine gas or vapors. This can be achieved by working in a well-ventilated space or using local exhaust ventilation systems.
  4. Safe Handling: Avoid inhalation of dust or fumes by handling it in a controlled manner.
  5. Storage: Store TCCA in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area away from incompatible substances. Keep containers tightly closed and properly labeled.
  6. Spill Response: In case of a spill, contain the material and clean it up promptly using appropriate absorbent materials. Avoid contact with skin and eyes during cleanup.
  7. Disposal: Dispose of it waste in accordance with local regulations and guidelines. Follow proper disposal procedures to minimize environmental impact.

Remember to consult the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) provided by the manufacturer for specific information on safe handling, storage, and disposal of TCCA.
