The main component and use of organic dispersing agents

Posted on July 4, 2023 By admin No Comments on The main component and use of organic dispersing agents

Organic dispersion is a common chemical additive, which is mainly used for decentralized solid particles or wet solid surfaces. They are composed of a variety of compounds, and some of the common ingredients and their main purpose are as follows:

Sulfonate: Sulfate organic dispersers have good surface activity, can form negative ions in the water, and achieve dispersing effects by adsorbing on the surface of the particles. They are widely used in the decentralized treatment of ceramics, ore, coal and other industries.

Reactor polymer: These organic dispersing agents are usually polymer compounds, which can achieve dispersing effects by chemical reactions with the surface of the particles. They are often used for decentralized treatment of nanomaterials, pigments, fillers, etc.

Shrinking gly glycerin (PEG): PEG is a polymerized compound with good wetting and decentralization. It is often used in the fields of drugs, spices and dyes, and is used to decentralized and dissolved solid substances.

Polycarboxylic acid: Polycarboxylic acid organic dispersing agent is a type of multi -functional compound. By adsorbing on the surface of the particles to form a charge barrier, the granular dispersion is achieved. They are widely used in the fields of cement, concrete, paint, etc., to improve liquidity and stability.

Surface active agent: Surface active agent is also a common organic dispersant. It can achieve dispersing effects by reducing the surface tension between solid particles and solutions. They are widely used in cosmetics, detergents, inks and other fields.

The use of organic dispersing agents is to improve the decentralization of solid particles, making it easier to suspend it in liquid medium or mix with other materials. They are often used in many areas in industrial production, scientific research and daily life, including coatings, inks, pharmaceutical preparations, food additives, pesticides, cosmetics, etc. By using organic dispersing agents, the stability, uniformity and operability of the product can be increased, and production efficiency and product quality can be improved.
