The difference between industrial dirt and reverse osmodility resistance agent

Posted on August 2, 2023 By admin No Comments on The difference between industrial dirt and reverse osmodility resistance agent

There are some differences between industrial dirt and reverse osmosis dirt, which are mainly reflected in the application field and working principles.
Application field:
Industrial dirt: It is mainly used in industrial systems, such as boilers, cooling water systems, heat exchangers, etc. They can prevent stains and blockage, and improve the efficiency and life of equipment.
Reverse osmosis dirt: It is specially used in the reverse osmosis (RO) membrane system to prevent stain accumulation and damage to the reverse osmosis membrane, and maintain the performance of the system and water production quality.
working principle:
Industrial dirt: Usually use two ways to prevent stain accumulation. One is to prevent the crystallization and deposition of the substance by preventing scale, such as adding a dispersant or a stain crystalline inhibitor. The other is to prevent stain attachment by forming the surface of the protective film coverage.
Reverse osmosis dirt: Mainly on the surface of the reverse osmosis membrane by suppressing the deposition of stains to prevent stain accumulation and blockage. They can change the crystalline properties of dirt in the water, disperse dirt to form substances, or decompose dirt through chemical reactions.
It should be noted that although industrial dirt and reverse osmosis resistance agents have the effects of preventing stain accumulation and blocking, their formulas and use methods may be different due to the differences in the application environment and mechanism. Therefore, when selecting and using, according to the specific application areas and requirements, refer to the recommendations and technical materials provided by the supplier to ensure the best dirt resistance and system performance.
