Understanding the physical and chemical properties and safe operating procedures for Acetone Oxime is essential for production safety and product quality.

At room temperature, Acetone Oxime is a white crystalline solid with a melting point of 60–63°C, boiling point of about 135°C, density of 0.901 g/mL at 25°C, and water solubility of up to 330 g/L at 20°C. It is readily soluble in water, ethanol, ether, and other organic solvents. Its vapor pressure at 25°C is approximately 1.64–2.42 hPa, and it volatilizes relatively quickly in air. During handling, avoid inhaling dust and avoid direct contact with eyes and skin.

For storage, Acetone Oxime should be kept in a cool, ventilated warehouse. The temperature should not exceed 37°C. Keep containers tightly closed, away from fire and heat sources. Store separately from oxidizers, acids, and food chemicals. Do not mix storage. For transportation, Acetone Oxime is classified as UN1325, Class 4.1 flammable solid, and must be handled in strict accordance with dangerous goods transport requirements.
