Industrial cleaning agent and cleaning technology

Posted on July 28, 2023 By admin No Comments on Industrial cleaning agent and cleaning technology

Industrial cleaning agents are used to remove chemical preparations of equipment, parts, tools, or surface dirt, oil, scale, oxides and other pollutants. Here are some common industrial cleaning agents and its cleaning techniques:

Alkaline cleaning agent:

Ingredients: Alkaline cleaning agents usually contain alkaline substances such as sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide.
Applicable scenarios: suitable for removing organic matter such as fat, fat, dirt and other organic matter.
Cleaning technology: Soak the workpiece in an alkaline cleaning agent, or use spraying, brushing and other methods to coat and clean.
Acidic cleaning agent:

Ingredients: acidic cleaning agents often contain acidic substances such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, and oxalic acid.
Applicable scenario: suitable for removing inorganic objects such as iron rust, scale, and slag.
Cleaning technology: Soak the workpiece in an acidic cleaning agent, or use spraying, brushing and other methods to coat and clean. Pay attention to proper protection to prevent acid solution from harming the human body and equipment.
Solvent cleaning agent:

Ingredients: Solvent cleaning agents often contain solvents such as acetone, ethanol, butthone.
Applicable scenario: suitable for removing paint, glue, tape residue, etc.
Cleaning technology: Use cloth, cotton ball or spray gun to directly apply solvents to stains, or soak the workpiece in the solvent.
Ultrasonic cleaning:

Principles: Use the vibration of ultrasonic to produce fine bubbles to remove dirt through the impact force and vortex of the burst of bubbles to remove dirt.
Cleaning technology: Place the workpiece in an ultrasonic cleaning slot equipped with a cleaning solution. Ultrasonic fluctuations will make the cleaning solution form a tiny bubble, and quickly break, producing impact to achieve cleaning.
High -pressure water cleaning:

Principles: Use the impact force and peeling force of high -pressure water to remove dirt.
Cleaning technology: Using high -pressure water gun or nozzle to rinse the workpiece, it can be used alone or combined with the cleaning agent.
When using industrial cleaning agents and cleaning technology, the appropriate cleaning agent and cleaning method should be selected according to the specific cleaning objects, dirt types and equipment requirements, and relevant operating guidelines and safety regulations should be followed. In addition, pay attention to the correct treatment of abandoned cleaning agents to protect the environment.
