Kairui KR-1100 sodium polyacrylate is a low-molecular-weight polycarboxylate dispersing and scale inhibitor specially developed for circulating cooling water and boiler make-up water systems of power plants. Its core function is to restrain the formation of calcium carbonate and calcium sulfate scale on pipelines and heat exchangers. With strong dispersibility, it stably suspends calcium and magnesium microcrystals in water to avoid adhesion to pipe walls, improve the system concentration ratio, reduce sewage discharge and cut energy consumption. It withstands high temperatures for high-temperature circulating water operating conditions in power plants, and can be compounded with HEDP and carbohydrazide oxygen scavengers for synergistic effects, with mild auxiliary corrosion inhibition. Containing no phosphorus, it complies with power plant environmental emission reduction requirements. The liquid product is colorless and transparent with a solid content exceeding 40%. Simple continuous dosing via metering pumps greatly reduces equipment cleaning and maintenance costs for power plants. We have stable long-term application cases in major thermal power and biomass power plants nationwide.
