The usage method and dosage of sodium polyacrylate vary depending on the specific application. Here are some common usage methods and dosage examples:

Dispersant: Add an appropriate amount of sodium polyacrylate to the solution or suspension that needs to disperse solid particles, and achieve the dispersion effect by fully stirring or stirring. The specific size of the usage depends on the properties of the particles, the required degree of dispersion, and the characteristics of the system, usually between 0.1% and 2%.

Binder: Mix sodium polyacrylate with water in a certain ratio (usually 1:10 to 1:20) according to the required bonding strength and properties of the bonding material, and stir until uniform. The specific usage amount is determined based on the bonding area and requirements.

Thickener: Sodium polyacrylate can be added directly to the liquid to increase its viscosity. The amount used depends on the viscosity requirement, usually between 0.1% and 5%. It should be noted that adding too much sodium polyacrylate may cause the liquid to become too viscous, affecting normal use.

Ion exchange agent: Determine the appropriate amount of sodium polyacrylate based on the water quality analysis results. Usually, the dosage is determined based on the concentration of metal ions and the type of impurities required to be removed.

In practical use, it is recommended to conduct small-scale experiments first, and adjust and optimize them based on the test results. In addition, you should refer to the product’s technical manual or consult professionals for more accurate usage methods and dosage recommendations.
