Applications:

Morpholine is a versatile chemical with a wide range of applications across various industries:
  • Rubber Industry: Used as a raw material for manufacturing rubber accelerators (such as NOBS, OTOS, and MDS), sulfurization agents (like DT-DM), and anti-scorching agents.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Used as a descaling agent and rust inhibitor, especially effective under high-temperature conditions.
  • Textile and Dyeing: Used as a textile printing and dyeing agent, optical bleaching agent, and surfactant.
  • Chemical Plating and Antioxidants: Used in chemical plating baths and as an antioxidant.
  • Agriculture and Pharmaceuticals: Used in the production of pesticides, veterinary medicines, and pharmaceuticals.
  • Petroleum and Coke Extraction: Used in the extraction of aromatic hydrocarbons from petroleum and coke.
  • Other Applications: Used as a deodorizer, brightener, and organic solvent in various industrial processes.
In foreign countries, morpholine is extensively used for rust prevention, descaling, and metal cleaning, particularly in high-temperature applications.
