What are the cyclic water treatment agents

Posted on August 2, 2023 By admin No Comments on What are the cyclic water treatment agents

Circular water treatment agents are used to deal with problems in the industrial circulating water system, such as preventing corrosion, stains and microbial growth. Here are some common circulating water treatment agents:

Anti -corrosion agent: It is used to prevent corrosion of metal equipment in the circulating water system. Common anti -corrosion agents include organic phosphate, nitrate, passivation agent, etc.

Dirt -resistant agent: It is used to prevent dirt accumulation in the circulating water system. It can be achieved by suppressing the deposition of dirt or changing the crystallization form of dirt. Common stuffing agents include polymer dirt blocking agents and slowly release stool resistances.

Dispense: For suspended solid particles in decentralized circulating water to prevent it from depositing and pile. Common dispersing agents include organic acids and containers.

Bybaches: It is used to control the growth of microorganisms in circulating water, prevent the formation of biofilms, and problems caused by microorganisms. Common sterilizers include oxidants, ozone, sodium hypochlorite, etc.

PH regulator: It is used to regulate the acid -base balance of circulating water and maintain a suitable pH range. Common pH regulators include alkaline substances and acidic substances.

Water purification agent: It is used to remove suspended solids, suspension and solubility in cyclic water to improve the water quality of circulating water. Common water purifiers include flocculant, activated carbon.

It should be noted that which circulating water treatment agent is used depends on the specific conditions and problems of the circulating water system. Selecting appropriate potions need to consider factors such as water quality analysis, system design and operating parameters, and follow relevant regulations and standards. It is recommended to consult a professional water treatment engineer or supplier before using circulating water treatment agents to ensure the correct and effective processing problems in the circulating water system.
