The following reaction conditions require special attention during the synthesis of ATMP:
Temperature control: generally between 120-180°C;
Reaction time: should be adjusted in a timely manner according to the concentration of reactants and the progress of the reaction;
Catalyst selection: acidic catalysts (such as sulfuric acid), alkaline catalysts (such as sodium hydroxide), or organic catalysts;
Ammonia concentration and addition method: The ammonia addition rate and concentration should be controlled;
pH control: Typically maintained within the weakly acidic to neutral range.
Proper control of these factors can enhance ATMP yield, purity, and reaction efficiency while minimizing byproduct formation and resource waste.
