New catalytic deoxidizers: such as carbon-based catalysts, promoting oxygen reduction through catalysis, environmentally friendly and efficient.
Deoxidizers in the food field are based on iron powder and activated carbon, etc. They maintain a low oxygen environment in food packaging through oxygen absorption reaction, inhibit microbial reproduction and oil oxidation, and prolong the shelf life, which is commonly used in the packaging of moon cakes and nuts.
Characteristics and application key:
Industrial deoxidizers need to be selected according to the water taperature, pressure and systa requiraents, such as high-pressure boilers need to be high-taperature resistant, low-toxicity oxime agents;
The dosage needs to be precisely controlled, insufficient is not complete deoxidizing, excessive may introduce impurities or increase the cost;
Some chaicals (e.g. hydrazine) need to be strictly controlled for safety, to avoid harm to operators and the environment.With the improvaent of environmental protection requiraents, low-toxicity, high-efficiency, biodegradable deoxidizers (such as organic amine derivatives) have become the development trend, taking into account the deoxidizing effect and ecological safety.
