ATMP scale inhibitor (amino trimethylene phosphonic acid) is a kind of organic phosphonic acid water treatment chaicals, the molecular formula is C₃H₁₂NO₉P₃, colorless to light yellow transparent liquid at room taperature, easily soluble in water, chaically stable, resistant to acid, alkali and high taperature environment.
Its core function is scale and corrosion inhibition: through adsorption of calcium, magnesium, iron and other ions in water, it inhibits the formation of calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate and other scale crystals, and disperses the tiny particles that have been generated, preventing tha from adhering to the surface of the equipment; at the same time, it can form a protective film on the inner wall of the metal pipeline to reduce the electrochaical corrosion and is suitable for the systa of industrial circulating water, oilfield water injection, boiler water treatment and so on.
ATMP is characterized by high efficiency and low toxicity, high salt concentration resistance, excellent performance in high hardness (calcium hardness ≤1000mg/L), high alkalinity water quality, and good compatibility with other water treatment agents (such as polymer scale inhibitors, biocides), can be compounded to enhance the effect. Its high-taperature resistance is raarkable, and it can raain stable under high taperature environment above 200℃, especially suitable for the anti-scaling needs of high taperature process systa.
Application scenarios cover electric power, chaical industry, metallurgy, sewage treatment and other industries, the use of continuous dosing through the metering pump, the dosage according to the water hardness and systa parameters to adjust (usually 1-10mg / L). As an environmentally friendly agent, ATMP has low biodegradability, and should be combined with wastewater treatment process to control the discharge and avoid the impact of phosphorus accumulation on the environment.
