What is the role of reverse osmodility

Posted on August 9, 2023 By admin No Comments on What is the role of reverse osmodility

Reverse osmotic dirt is a treatment agent used in the reverse osmosis (RO) membrane system. Its main function is to prevent and clear the surface of the film on the surface of the membrane. The following are the main functions of reverse osmosis resistant agents:
Prevent scales from forming: When the water passes through the reverse osmosis membrane, the dissolved solid in it can form scale on the surface of the membrane. These scale are mainly composed of carbonate or sulfate of calcium, magnesium, and iron plasma. The chemical substances in reverse osmosis resistance agents can combine with these ions by cooperating and completing the collateral effects to prevent them from depositing and forming scale on the surface of the membrane.
Remove the existing scale: If there is already a stain deposition on the surface of the reverse osmosis membrane, the reverse osmosis resistant agent can be removed by dissolving and reconciliation from the scale. The chemicals in the stains can react with the composition in the scale, destroy its structure, and dissolve and fall off.
Improve RO system performance: scale and sediment can reduce the volume and separation effect of the reverse osmosis membrane. Therefore, the use of reverse osmosis resistance agents can maintain the cleaning and efficient working state of the membrane. This can improve the quality and water production of the RO system, extend the service life of the membrane, and reduce the frequency of maintenance and cleaning.
Protective membrane materials: The accumulation of scale and precipitation on the surface of the reverse osmosis membrane may cause damage and rupture of the membrane. The use of reverse osmosis resistance can reduce this risk, and protective film materials from adhesion and corrosion.
It should be noted that different types of reverse osmosis resistants are suitable for different water quality and membrane systems. When selecting and using a stuffing agent, you should follow the product description and suggestions, and operate in accordance with the correct dosage and usage method to ensure the best dirt resistance effect and the reliable operation of the RO system.
