Non -ion surface active agent is a type of surfactant, and its molecular structure does not have ionizing function groups. Unlike the anion surface activity agent (such as sodium dulate sulfate) and the cationic surfactant (such as hexxanel tritenium bromide), the non -ion surface activity agent does not have a power part.
Non -ion surface active agents are usually composed of oxide compounds, such as alcohol, ether, fatty acids, etc. These compounds have the characteristics of hydrophilicity and hydrophobicity, so that non -ionic surfactants can form a beam structure in water.
The beam is a tiny structure composed of the molecules of surfactants gathering together. In the beam, the hydrophilic group is facing the water phase, and the hydrophobic group gathers inside the beam. This arrangement reduces surface energy and forms a stable beam structure.
Non -ion surface active agents have the following characteristics:
Good permeability: Non -ion surfactants can penetrate into liquid or solids, improve the moisture and decentralization of the substance, thereby improving the liquid permeability.
Good emulsification: Non -ion surfactants can disperse water and oil to form stable emulsion, and improve the emulsification performance of the liquid.
Good solubility: Non -ionic surfactants can have good solubility in water neutral and organic solvents, and have a wide range of applications.
Good stability: Non -ion surfactants have good stability within the range of Wide PH, and are not vulnerable to environmental factors such as acid and alkali.
Non -ion surfactants are widely used in various fields, such as detergents, emulsifiers, lubricants, soft agents, pesticides, medicines, etc. They show good functions and performance in these applications.
