The reverse osmosis dirt in the power plant is used to treat dirt resistance in the reverse osmosis (RO) system. Reverse osmosis is a membrane separation technology commonly used in water treatment, which is used to remove dissolved substances and particles in water. However, due to problems such as hard stalks, sediments, and organic matter in the water, the reverse osmosis membrane is vulnerable to pollution and blockage, reducing the water flux and the efficiency of the membrane. At this time, the reverse osmosis resistant agent needs to be used for cleaning and protection.

The reverse osmosis resistant agent in the power plant has the following functions:

Preventing the formation of the dirt layer: The chemical substances in the reverse osmosis resistant agent can have a chemical reaction with the dissolved substances in the water, change its nature or form insoluble precipitation, thereby preventing the formation of the dirt layer. This can maintain the efficiency and flux of the reverse osmosis membrane.

Clear the dirt layer that has been formed: reverse osmosis resistant agent can dissolve or disperse the formal dirt layer, and remove it. This can restore the working efficiency of the membrane and extend the service life of the membrane.

Protective reverse osmosis membrane: reverse osmosis resistant agent can form a protective film or physical barrier to prevent the direct contact of the contaminated substance on the reverse osmosis membrane. This can reduce the damage and degradation of the membrane and extend the life of the membrane.

When using reverse osmosis dirt in the power plant, usually follow the steps below:

Cleaning treatment: Pre -treatment cleaning needs to be performed before the use of reverse osmosis dirt. This usually includes flushing reverse osmosis membranes to remove particulate matter and organic matter attached to the surface. The cleaning process can be used to use chemical cleaning agents and high -pressure water.

Reverse osmotic dirty dirt is added: According to the specific conditions and treatment requirements, an appropriate amount of reverse osmosis dirt is added to the reverse osmosis system. The amount and additional time of investment must be adjusted according to the specifications, operating conditions and water quality of the reverse osmosis system.

Waiting function: Reverse osmosis resistant agents need to respond to the dissolved substances in the water for a certain time to achieve the best dirt resistance. During this period, it is necessary to ensure that the water flow is through the reverse osmosis system, so that the stuffing agent is fully exposed to the surface of the membrane.

Rinse and clearing: After a period of time, it needs to be washed and cleaned. This can use pure water or other appropriate cleaning liquids to rinse the reverse osmosis system to completely clean the residual dirt resistant and dissolved substances.

When using reverse osmosis dirt, pay attention to product description and safety requirements, and correctly operate and protect the safety of personnel and equipment. In addition, regularly detect water quality and system status to ensure the normal operation of the reverse osmosis system and the effects of dirt resistance.
