Main ingredients:

Organic compounds: Cement dispersants mainly consist of one or more organic compounds. These organic compounds are usually polymers, polyacids, polyethers, or fatty acids. They have surface activity and can interact with cement particles to make them disperse evenly.

Buffer: Cement dispersants may also contain some corrosion inhibitors, which are used to adjust the pH value to ensure the effectiveness and stability of the dispersant.

Purpose:

Improving fluidity: Cement dispersants can improve the fluidity and plasticity of concrete, making it easier to construct and pour. By reducing the adsorption and aggregation forces between cement particles, cement dispersants make concrete easier to flow and can fill denser areas.

Reduce cement dosage: Cement dispersants can reduce the required amount of cement while maintaining the strength and durability of concrete. By improving the dispersion state of cement particles, cement dispersants can enhance the activation ability of cement, thereby reducing unnecessary cement use.

Promoting the development of concrete strength: Cement dispersants can promote hydration reactions in concrete, enabling it to develop sufficient strength faster. It can improve the wettability and reactivity of cement particles, and enhance the bonding strength of the cement aggregate interface.

Improving crack resistance and durability: Cement dispersants can improve the crack resistance and durability of concrete. By evenly distributing hydration products in concrete and filling voids, cement dispersants can reduce the shrinkage and cracking tendency of concrete and improve its durability.

It should be noted that when using cement dispersants, the appropriate type and dosage should be selected based on the specific situation and product description, and relevant construction specifications and standards should be followed to ensure the quality and performance of concrete.
