What is ATMP•Na4?

Parent Compound: ATMP (Aminotris(methylenephosphonic acid)). ATMP na4 is a member of the nitrogen-containing phosphonate family, known for its excellent scale and corrosion inhibition properties.

Salt Form: ATMP•Na4 is the sodium salt of ATMP. The “Tetrasodium” indicates that four acidic protons from the phosphonic acid groups have been replaced by sodium ions (Na⁺).
